Shipping Time
Orders containing all items in stock at our main warehouse in Panama are typically shipped within 5-10 business days. For apparel items and certain merchandise products, these may be shipped directly from our third-party manufacturers and suppliers, typically taking 5 – 10 business days to process and ship.
Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated based on your order and location.

International Shipping: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated during checkout. International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for international orders.

Duties and Tariffs: International customers are responsible for any additional tariffs, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. These charges are separate from the shipping costs and are determined by your country’s government. They are not included in the shipping fees paid to us.

Additional Shipping Fees: Certain orders may incur additional shipping charges due to the size or weight of the products. Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may also cause delays. If such errors occur, you may be subject to additional fees for reshipping or reprocessing.
Order Modifications

If you need to modify an order prior to shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at shop@coralsantoro.com. Include your order number and any changes needed, such as address corrections.

After Shipment: If changes need to be made after an order has been shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate the request. However, a fee of $15 or more may apply for adjustments like adding a missing apartment number or correcting the shipping address.
Pre-Order and Backorder Products

Pre-Orders: If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item, please note that your entire order will be held until all items are available. If you would like to receive the in-stock items immediately, you may request separate shipments by contacting our customer service team. Additional shipping charges will apply for multiple shipments.

Backordered Products: Please be aware that backordered products may experience changes to the expected shipping dates. We will notify you if any changes occur.
