Refund Policy

At Coral Santoro Ventures, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below are the details of our Refund Policy:

 

Refund Eligibility

  • Physical Products: If you are not completely satisfied with any physical products purchased from us, you may return the product in new, unused condition within 30 days of receiving your order, along with proof of purchase, for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees).

  • Digital Products, Services, and Programs: Due to the nature of our digital products and live programs, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads, live event tickets, or any purchased services. Please ensure you review your purchase carefully before completing your transaction.

 

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at shop@coralsantoro.com  to receive return instructions.

  2. Once we approve your return request, you will need to ship the item back to us in new, unused condition. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Returns from Third-Party Fulfillment Center

  • If you purchased a product fulfilled by one of our third-party manufacturers/suppliers, you must return the item directly to that third-party fulfillment center. Please refer to the return instructions provided at the time of purchase for any returns to third-party distributors.

 

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds for Eligible Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original method of payment.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping costs for both the original and return shipping are non-refundable. For international orders, please note that any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of shipment are also non-refundable.

 

Pre-Order and Backorder Products

  • Pre-Orders/Backorders: For pre-order or backordered items, the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and any changes to delivery dates may affect the refund eligibility based on the circumstances.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

Live Event Terms

  • Any purchase of a program, future event, product, or service purchased during a live event may also be subject to the Terms of Purchase and Terms and Conditions specific to that event. Please make sure to review these terms before making a purchase during an event.

 

No Guarantee of Results

  • Please note that we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from any of our products, services, or programs, including but not limited to financial or personal achievements. Purchasing our programs and services does not guarantee success. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that results vary and depend on your individual efforts and circumstances.
